“Ich habe für meine Familie gebucht, vom anfang an hat sich meine Familie unwohl gefühlt, die debatte wegen frühstück usw, Das Personal war desinteressiert und nicht hilfsbereit, die Lage abgelegen, so dass, Meine Familie hat dem Hotel sofort verlassen, abwhl alles bezahlt war, uns Sie sind davon gegangen, dass personal extra sich so benimmt, das die leute abgeschreckt fühlen und weg gehen… So Schade ☹️ ”

“Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place.”

The toilet so close to the shower was curious, the bed a little uncomfortable (adding a soft cushion could increase the options), small details that can be improved. The place was really nice, and the staff was attentive. Recommended however.”

The staff at the reception kept on telling me I did not pay (even though I did in advance) because they did not look at the correct one (didn't matter I insisted that I have paid already). The young guy at the reception was nice and he changed the room for me as the A/C did not work, but the lady in the morning was rude and unpolite and when I asked to buy two bottles of water, she kept on asking me who I was, what is my name, what is the room number etc. in a very...

“The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades”

Pero a pesar de una sensación rara al único, es bastante seguro y la gente del barrio muy amable. El piso es excellente. Muy bien decorado y no le falta nada. Redi y su hermano han sido muy amables. Es fácil aparcar en la zona. ”

“The location was great. The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. Very pleasant stay. The main drawback for me was parking. There is no place to even approach the hotel with an auto - to even make inquiries. I had to illegally park my car. And "parking available" apparently means "you are on your own". So I had to drive around and find a parking place. Would be good to know before. ”
