“Unfortunately, our stay ended before it even began. Shortly after arriving, we found what appeared to be bed bugs in the bed. We immediately took photos and brought them to the front desk. The staff member we spoke with was helpful and acknowledged our concerns, but was unable to issue a refund. We decided to leave for our own peace of mind and called back later that evening because we were told the night staff had the authority to process refunds. “Checking in wasn’t the best experience. I was told I had booked 2 rooms with Expedia when it was only one. Then after checking I was wondering if the breakfast was still included like I had seen online? I had to go back to the desk to ask because she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast!”

“We stayed at Econo Lodge in room 228 for one night and the room has BED BUGS! Once we realised that , we contacted the hotel but the staff was not helpful at all. We were told that the rooms are clean and that we were supposed to let them know at the time of stay (which was 1 night in our case). I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially in room 228.”

“Grandkids loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi (also there's a sauna), and game room. I appreciated the 2 sinks in the room, with one being outside the bathroom. With 4 of us it was so much easier getting ready. Good breakfast, outdoor eating areas and random places to relax and socialize throughout the hotel.”

“Overall this is a very nice, clean, hotel which was 10 minutes away from our venue. Would have liked more breakfast options, such as turkey or chicken sausage, but no complaints about this hotel. I really liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We would definitely stay here again.”
