“This is a lovely quaint, quiet country inn/accomodation, which is on its way to be something special. The welcome, cust service and food were top notch. The owners have just recently taken over and you can see how wonderful this place is going to be, with everything being made future proof. They are updating it whilst still providing a wonderful experience. It’s also dog friendly in the bedrooms too (with beds and snacks for your K9 friend). I will definitely be going back. “I mean, what can I say? Absolutely everything was wonderful. The venue itself is beautiful (I’ve actually made mental notes on the beer garden to replicate part of it at home. It was very busy and very vibrant BUT the lady behind the bar took the time to explain to me ALL SIX of the available Timothy Taylor ales in draft. The room was lovely. The bathroom was great. I slept great. A perfect room in a perfect pub and WE WILL BE BACK. ”

“If you would like to experience living in a 400 year old cottage, with many original features, surrounded by so much beauty and peacefulness, then this is the place for you! I cannot recommend it enough. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by hens and cats. We were then shown to our ‘living area’, bathroom and upstairs - a double bed and bunk beds.
