“Paying almost $700 for 2 night single person is outrageous. In regards to that I was traveling with family and they knew it but still placed me in a handicapped room on another floor. I am not handicapped but they would not move me to another room. It was very uncomfortable. Seems check in desk are very young and not experienced in customer service. ”

“The room had the standard thru the wall air condtiioner smell. Breakfast was ok. They have a pancake machine which was a nice change from waffles. Some noise from the road but it was to be expected since facing the highway.”

“The property has some age showing but, the room was clean and the A/C was working good. The staff were helpful and parking was free. There was some aircraft noise but not disturbing. Overall I’d stay there again.”

“Abbiamo trascorso due notti in camere doppie con balcone. Letto molto conodo, camera pulita. La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona. Comoda la lavanderia con asciugatrice (3 dollari in tutto piu un dollaro per il detersivo. Bella la piscina con asciugamani disponibili e sedia per supporto disabili. Gentilissima la signora della reception”

“The gentleman for the evening shift was sooo nice and helpful with me and my daughter, who got sick at night. I am grateful he provided us with something to eat from the breakfast menu so she could take her strong medication so late at night.”

“The TV was not connecting to any station and when inquired with the front desk staff, there was nothing they could do. The TV stand that had a drawer, the front cover of the drawer was broken, exposing the nails, and the broken drawer cover was laying on the side of the stand. The room smelled musty. There was a few hair strands on the bathroom sink and bathtub. The area was loud throughout the night. You could hear the neighbors talking. ”

“Hotel was ok! Location is good since it’s around shops and only 5 mins from the town square. We had our pet and they put us near the front of the property and the dog area was all the way in the back so that’s was an inconvenience. When we got to the room the door was slightly opened which we thought maybe the cleaning crew didn’t properly close. when we got inside the room felt uncleaned and there was a smudge of blood on the bedsheets. Will definitely never stay there again! ”

“Beautiful property. Love every detail put into it. Staff very friendly and asked to pet our dog and give a treat. So close to everything. ”
