We received a noise complaint from the guests below us because we have two children, even though they weren’t doing anything. We asked to move to a downstairs room, and they accommodated us. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided. No USB outlets, so we couldn’t charge our phones.”

“Staff very helpful, by phone in advance and in person upon arrival. Bar and restaurant were nice with several food options, lobby is clean and updated. Room was clean and basically updated. My only complaint was a small area of wallpaper peeling from a section of wall in bathroom. The shuttle to airport was on time and while we were only there for a short one night stay, I would recommend and use again for an early morning flight.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Dressed up pig. Besides high cost for room; charged $15 per night to park; no amenities. no free water with exception ck in staff might offer you a bottle of water. Otherwise, rm has two bottles of $6 upscale water only or you can purchase regular water for $6 at the hotel store. Their lil restaurant doesn't have convenient hrs it's open. Rooms and coffee aren't automatically cleaned or refurbished; have to request it(I had two night stay) there was no signage at front desk or in the rm to...
