It's very old school with physical keys instead of keycards. I could hear people walking around and closing doors, but overall it was pretty quiet. “Beautiful views waking up from Basecamp Resorts every day. Very central in Canmore (which I think is nicer than Banff in so many ways). Suites were spacious and clean. The front desk is available 24/7 via text which is super convinent. There is also a hot tub that oversees the mountains which is a great amentity. Would have been nice if they provided mini/single use cooking oil for cooking”

Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service.
