“Location was amazing ”

“Unit was nice and clean upon arrival and parking is great. Beds are extremely comfortable and kitchen has pretty much everything you might need for a short vacation. Took a while to figure out the tv and as far as I can tell there is no WiFi for the unit. One odd thing is alot of the plugs in the unit don’t accommodate standard cords like phone chargers and hairdryer. And as documented on other feedback you hear every step the folks in the unit above make.”

“We had a great time. The location is steps from the beach and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. We wanted some place without a lot of people and on the beach. This location was perfect. It was clean and communication was easy.”

“Great location near beach for exploring SLO area, dog friendly, roomy space for one or two. Nice loft like room with lovely decor, view, easy parking, quiet except for Amtrak stop close by at 6:30 am! Nice wake up call. Loved it overall. Stairs sturdy.”

“Such a find! Modern, bright, perfect for 2 couples or a family. 2 giant king beds and lovely bathrooms. I would give this place 5 stars + but it needs just a couple things. Could use more glasses and dishes. We had my son and 4 friends for dinner one night (total 7 people) and had to use cooking pans as plates. It worked but could be better. Also, there was only 1 knife. The bathroom has zero hooks or bars to hang your towels and the kitchen sink disposer didn’t work when we arrived so the sink...

“We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise.”

“Upon arriving- smelled like an abandoned house, the floors were oddly sticky, dirty bath towels sitting on top of the washer, food bits in the sink, toilet doesn't properly flush. Pillows smelled like actual scalp, the only redeeming part is bed was decent, and there are televisions. Everything just felt incredibly unclean. Unfortunately deceiving listing. The first and only correspondence between myself and the renter was her commenting on my "last minute booking" after she was unable to...

“Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...
