“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “A big place for one person or two. Impressive kitchen & bathroom. Roomy and well appointed. Has a dineing table for two since it was not created for large parties. If you want to cook the kitchen will serve you well. One can see the care taken in the choice of fixtures & appliances used in the location. Yes, the wooden stairs are steep and could use a bit more light.”

“Fantastic location in SLO! The property is exactly as described, with tons of parking. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are numerous places to eat and drink nearby, and downtown is only a 10-to 15-minute walk away, all on flat terrain. The studio has everything you would need. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and their guidebook answered any questions you would have. Would look to booking this place again when back in SLO. ”
