“The location of the property is great. It was not easy to find though. Wish there was better signage on the building or parking entrance. But after the third time driving pass it we finally found it. Check in was very easy.The host responds quick. We had a mishap with the lock but they responded right away with the solution. “property was not bad but the listing was bad, there is no restaurants around as advertised on the listing, property location not good we couldn't take a nice walk at night because the neighborhood was not safe. the other bad thing is the damage deposit policy they take too long to return your money back, 14 days . I will think twice before using VRBO again”

“Communication needs improvement. On the day of our check-in, I reached out as I had no information about where I was going or how to check in to the property. There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in.
