“Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel au cadre magnifique : vue splendide sur la montagne, piscine très agréable avec ses bedpools confortables, et un personnel vraiment adorable et attentif. Cependant, trois points nous ont déçus : • Pas d’eau chaude durant tout notre séjour (3 jours). • Aucune carte indiquant les tarifs des consommations. • Une nuit particulièrement difficile à cause de voisins ayant mis la musique à fond et chanté jusqu’à 3 h du matin, malgré nos demandes répétées...

“Lovely stay at Hotel Passaflores. We stayed at this beautiful hotel with a group. The rooms are spacious well appointed with thoughtful toiletries. The grounds are quintessential Jardin. The restaurant was 10 stars. Our reception was very welcoming. They served us a welcome refreshment. The minibar is included with the room. It's an excellent place to stay in Jardin. ”

“We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...

“The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away”
