“The unit itself was clean & functional. What I disliked was I booked a unit with private pool & paid extra yet was unable to utilise the pool as it was very dirty with tissues & debris. The water & surface was also not clean. I did let them know & have followed up with a request for a refund of the extra I paid but no response over one week later…..”

“Ficamos hospedados na casa em anexo, que fica a uns 200 mts no máximo da pousada. Vc compartilha as áreas comuns com outros hospedados. A cozinha não pode ser utilizada para outras coisas. Somente para café, chá e bebidas na geladeira. Também há bebidas disponíveis para consumo em um frigobar que depois é contada no checkout. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos. Café da manhã é uma delícia! Tudo caseiro. h, e tb é possível caminhar pelas proximidades e avistar animais soltos no condomínio. Bem...

“Gostei , o quarto é simples , banheiro simples, atendimento muito bom , Safari é muito bom , tem bastante animais na reserva sendo possível ver o big 5 em apenas 2 games, indico guia jhonsson. Restaurante é bom e atendimento também. Jantar é em um restaurante anexo com cultura local. Animais soltos pelo pátio , como “pumbas”, jabutis e impalas traz uma energia boa. As cheetas domesticadas que aparecem nos comentários não estão mais no Hotel. Me atraiu esse ponto , porém ao chegar lá já avisaram...

“la struttura è nuova e molto gradevole, Elmarie e suo marito sono due perfetti owner. I game drive sono stati molto divertenti e la nostra guida Aurela è stato straordinario, abbiamo visto 4 su 5 big five con l'aggiunta del cheetah e l'ippopotamo. La riserva è abbastanza grande e con molti animali. l'unico appunto che mi permetto di fare riguarda la qualità del cibo che non mi sembra di livello, per il resto tutto perfetto.”
