“PROS/CONS listed….The mold/mildew smell was horrible. There was a dehumidifier in the room that was full of water that I had to empty. Electrical wires were exposed by the bedside table. There was only cold water at the sink and the water temp in the shower was lukewarm at best. The room was fairly tidy and the beds were comfortable. The pool was full of debris and cloudy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is in a safe location with great shopping and food within walking distance. ...

“The purpose of what I needed from staying at this motel was served. The family that owns this property takes very good care of their business, they care for the yard and rooms. Everything was clean and nice. Chris that works there as housekeeping was very sweet and hard working. If I came back to Pensacola I would most definitely stay here again. Great value, good location to get to Gulf Breeze or the airport. This location seems to be in the middle. ”
