“The room was nice and clean. But very small. But that's all we needed.”

“This property was run down and in need of a facelift! Our “presidential suite” had a door that wouldn’t even lock because the door jam and the deadbolt did not align. You didn’t need a key, you could push the door open without a key. Not secure at all! They moved us to a downgraded room that was terrible. A slipcover was over the loveseat because the love seat had chunks out of it. The bathroom had mildew and the grout was out of the floor tile. I could go on and on about how run down this...

“We loved the pool area and lazy river, but there could be more umbrellas near the pool. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pillows are a little hard for my comfort.”

“I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. ”

“My room wasn’t clean! she mattress cover had mold!!!! When i asked for a new room i was told they didn’t have any more rooms which is hard to believe! i only needed the room to study as i just started school and needed a quiet place to myself but i will NOT be going back there😂!”

“If you want a coffee maker you have to buy one! We had one small bar of soap. No king size bed. Only one light blanket. I could go on but you get the idea.”

“The toilet was not bolted down at all. We killed two German roaches & a bed bug. I called to tell the hotel attendant and his response was “ okay”. I would not recommend staying here. Ever. At all. It’s awful.”
