“We had to leave very early, so sadly we weren't able to stay for breakfast.”

“The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky. Had to pay extra for second log in fire place. Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning. Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage Inn & Spa. The Inn is very conveniently located, the room is well appointed, and the breakfast pastries they deliver every morning were delicious! We will definitely stay again!”

“Clean room. Needed more counter space in the bathroom. Staff was friendly, a gentleman carried my bag upstairs when I checked in but after calling the front desk no one ever came. I would stay again”

“Lack of convenient hot water. Morning shower took a full 10 minutes for luke warm water. Called the owner and he acknowledged it would take "a while" for hot water to reach that end of the hotel. Also the hotel was not staffed for my Sunday and Monday nights stay. I was given a front door key to let myself in and out when going about town trusting that other guests would be responsible enough to see that they ensured the building was secure as they came and went. “The staff was great and provided a lot of recommendations. The location was decent if you had a car, not much in walking distance except a few restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast was a small continental breakfast area.”

“It was clean, contemporary, very nice. If you plan to use the hot tub let the front desk know 30 min before you plan to use it. Otherwise, great stay!”

“Very nice place to stay specially if you want to get away from the mainstream hotels for peace and quiet, beautiful house nice pool beautiful back yard and the 3 course breakfast every morning was delicious, friendly staff, 5min to downtown nappa and they also have complimentary scharcuterie plates, crackers and water.”
