“Staff were quite cold and at checkout the lady was even quite rude when there was some confusion about in house outstanding restaurant bill kind of shined the entire experience. There was also a wedding there that basically took over the entire hotel and beach access while we were there. I would suggest making sure no weddings are taking place while you’re there. “Dinner and breakfast were great. Staff were not helpful at check in. After the restaurant closed, staff sat on the front patio and smoked for over an hour. With no air conditioning we had the windows open to cool down the room, which are directly above the patio. The second-hand smoke smell filled the room so bad we had to shut them, which wasn’t pleasant.”

“I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there. It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it.
