Hotel a Gunter

“This room was excellent. Very clean. We were there for a softball tournament. My only complaint would be to get another washer and dryer. I had to wash uniforms and had to wait on a guy for a long while. Besides that very comfy beds. Everything was great. As to getting there the construction was rough. But very good overall.”

“For a new property, there’s apparent wear and tear. Bathtub was scuffed and room snowed like marijuana. The sheets had what appeared to be bloody spots and the wash clothe from previous usage was still laying there. All of this made me feel uneasy. The pillows were uncomfortable and the AC was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast and coffee are available in the lobby, but not free compared to other hotels in the area.”

“Carpets were sticky and dirty. Had to change rooms twice due to the door being stuck the first time. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Not a fan of how dirty and moldy and unkept the bedrooms were”

“The hotel was very clean. No weird smells even though pet friendly. This was my second stay at this location and 3rd at Home2 Suites. The rooms were nice with fridge and microwave and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciate the coffee, water and tea in lobby. Breakfast was good. I did not try the pool. Not enough parking, if lot is full you have to park in garage on first floor. I would stay again. Thanks!”

“2 elevators, 1 broken. Used the elevator and it broke. 4th floor down stairs with a car seat and 1.5 year old. They didn’t clean the room on day 2. Had to ask for new towels as they told me they would clean it and did not and we left towels on the ground for that reason. Asked for 3 towels, one for myself, the wife and one for the child. They could only provide us with 2 as they had no more. Day 3, we requested room service, the maid does not speak English had to use translator… and they...

“Easy access, great rooms”

“Stayed for two days on business. Room was clean, parking lot was orderly and they had a good breakfast. The room was also priced well. I would stay again.”

“Property was nice and so were the staff. The Wi-Fi was very weak. The gym was very nice but was missing the 5-, 10-and 15-pound dumbbells. The plug in the bathroom did not work (we reported it). We did not try the free breakfast.”
