“This year was the second year that I spent time at the Mariner. This year was not as good as the first year that I was there I was without hot water for almost 3 days. The main gate to the pool was never open on time 8 to 8:00 is when it's supposed to be open and I had to call to have it opened at 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning. Other than that I love where my room was I love the size of it everything else was good but I think not to be without hot water was a big deal I mean how do you take a...

“Staff was friendly and nice, check in was fast, breakfast was always full. Pool was not as large as pictures on website made it appear.”

“The indoor pool and jacuzzi were not monitored. The jacuzzi water was milky looking and disgusting. The indoor pool was dirty and full of sand. The cleaning staff left a dirty Mr Clean Eraser in our room one day and I told the supervisor. The next day the dirty Mr Clean Eraser was still there along with a cleaner's employee key card. The rest of the hotel was and amenities were average.”

“Only thing I didn’t like was we checked in little after 5 and there was a tie die thing my granddaughter wanted to do the next day but they said we couldn’t cause u had to sign up by 5 and made her upset”

“This was a nice stay dispite the clerk was on a computer screen skyping our sign in and exit meanwhile 2 staff members sat behind counter and never talked to us at all. Makes it poor welcoming feeling. I just like more of a connection with hosts vs a screen. It is very sad.”
