“Maintenance on the parking lot was problematic.”

“Customer service was nice. For the price, the amenities were adequate. Breakfast was bad. Seemed pretty clean AT FIRST. Until we saw a roach by the sink, an unknown bug by the bed, and the toilet stopped flushing completely. Did like that their pet policy was cheap and unrestrictive.”

“When I booked my reservation, I knew this was an economy hotel therefore, my expectations weren't high. However, this place was substandard, even for and economy motel. To start with, the clerk at check in was bored. While she was polite, it was obvious that she would have preferred to be someplace else. When I checked into my room, I noticed there were no coat hangers on the rack. While I didn't really mind, because I didn't need them, to me it was a basic sign of neglect. The next thing...

“This place is way nicer than you would expect for an average rate. Spacious grounds, nice beds, and a yummy breakfast make it the best place to stay.”

“I had to ring the bell two times to get someone to come to the front desk. In the room there was food in the fridge and microwave. There was stuff spilled all over the wall and the dresser. Bed was clean, bathroom was ok, and check out was easy”

“We definitely enjoyed our stay, though the room smelled stale upon our initial entry and some of the drawers hadn't been wiped down. Once we wiped them down ourselves and sprayed Lysol and air freshener and wiped off all the furniture and appliances ourselves, the overall appearance and beauty of the room stood out and made our stay entirely worthwhile. The hotel staff should have done that, not us.”
