Hotel a Hackett

“Beautiful and spacious room, artfully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the TV allowed us to stream our favorites. We enjoyed our two nights there and will stay again when we are in the area. A lovely and economical alternative to a hotel.”

“The facility is close to the Interstate, very well lit area. Feel quite safe for an out-of-towner.”

“Room was not very clean,carpet was dirty,nasty looking stuff all over the walls and ceiling. Inside of the frig was dirty,we didnt even want to put any food in it.towels and rags were stained.Would not stay here again unless I had no other options.”

“Friendly staff”

“The room was spacious & served its purpose. Grounds were a little dirty. Wanted to do swimming in the pool but a bunch of sweaty workers consumed it with loud music (which is fine) just didn’t feel comfortable. Breakfast was good except the sausage did NOT taste like sausage.ewww! Stick to waffles & eggs. Wish the woulda had some good coffee creamers others than powders but that’s just being spoiled haha location is great! Walmart close, liquor store, restaurants & dollar store across the...

“My favorite casino within driving distance. I always stay at least 2 full days. I bring all my friends, we have alot of fun.”

“Clean rooms, nice parking , Good breakfast, soft beds”

“Clean room, but odd as the room was quite empty with no wall art or office desk chair, just a bed, armchair, and dresser with the TV. Breakfast was adequate if you’re only looking for a quick bite to eat. The staff was helpful and friendly, and overall the property was quite nice. My only complaint is that the outdoor pool was closed, and when asked about it, the staff said it was due to not having a new health and safety check done on it.”

“Location was great”

“This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. ”

“Great hotel with wonderful rooms, service, and breakfast”

“Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. Once I got home I checked my account and payment...

“Good stay”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. My mqin issue is. I asked for an ADA room and I was given a room with a normal bathroom no rails or extra space. It was on thr bottom floor . I reserved and paid ahead we did have a late night arrival. I am just recovering from a temporary injury but anyone using a wheelchair or walker full time ahould double. Heck this amenity. Some of the furniture is a but run down. The parking lot is crazy trying to figure out how to get in especially at night.”

“The check in started bad the room smelled like pee we rented two nights but left the first night the poop was dirty had bugs floating in it asked for a refund for the second night and was in formed I stayed the first night so there's no refund very bad experience”

“To start when I booked the hotel they said there was breakfast and when I arrived they said they were building a restaurant, and that there was no breakfast being served, then on website it says they are pet friendly and when I arrived there was no pets allowed signs everywhere and nowhere in the description did it say I have to bring shot papers or have the tags on me and they gave me problems with that, then there deposit was overly priced for what that hotel was, then when I got to the room...
