Laurel/Cherry Hill** for six nights with my family of seven. Overall, I was not very impressed with the hotel, and I don't think it lived up to my expectations. “We had an issue with water coming in our room from a neighboring room. The staff was friendly and helpful and changed our room immediately. I would definitely stay at these properties again.”

“Only one person was helpful and friendly when we first arrived, but it was all downhill from there. Breakfast items run out quickly, and if you even ask about them, you get the rudest treatment. The soaps in the room were not filled upon arrival, and if you ask for refills or even fresh towels, you get the same attitude. The owners or managers need to hire better personnel who actually care about serving this hotel’s guests.”

As a woman, you never want to leave your hotel for a lovely night out smelling like a pack of cigs—especially for non-smokers that left that nasty habit in the 90s.
