“Super helpful staff. 5 overall room had some minor hits to carpet and curtains that diminished the feeling of a topnotch property. Can’t expect those to be changed out from minor damage but they are noticed. Quality of the build and materials in excellent. Soundproofing is superb so sleep was excellent. Great bed and bedding. Location convenient to excellent food and shopping. ”

“Our initial room felt quite old, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It appeared to be coming from another room, as the odour was even more intense in the corridor and near our door. Unfortunately, no action was taken after our first complaint. We were later upgraded to a club floor room, which was an improvement, though still not ideal. “早餐以中小型酒店來說算不錯，cold cuts 沒選擇，沒有 breakfast tea bags 及中國茶包。但 餐廳的 強哥很好，很貼心也勤快醒目。個別的大堂服務員就不是很 helpful, 不懂英文，就算用普通話提問也說不知道，幸好不是每一位服務員都是如此待客，只是有一兩位。因我們連續住了四晚，遇上不同的職員罷了，所以有比較！酒店周邊沒有可以逛的地方，出酒店門口是大馬路，小綿羊很多，人車爭路，不宜出外散步。客房不錯，隔音也不錯，早上不會被開門聲弄醒，但房間沒有夜燈。”
