“The stay was great and as we have experienced before. The room wasn't as clean as last time and the buffet breakfast wasn't as good as last time. Still a great stay and will definitely use again. But just a little bit different from the first time. ”

“Its the worst place i have ever stayed in. Payed for 4 nights left after 1 night. Would like a refund. Its so dirty and smells terrible.l have a lung condition ans could not breathe. Previous peoples rubbish still there plus no clean towels or kitchen cloths. Bedside lamp had no shade and a broken off prong on the plug. Kitchen chairs where fillfy dirty as where the bed covers. Cupboards musty. Toilet paper in the carpark and up the tree. No other roomso offered to clean . Noway could a clean...

“Staff were helpful with a late check in. 95% clean and tidy. Unplugged the noisy bar fridge and the shower connection to the wall does not have long for this world, other than that no complaints. ”

“Disappointed to have only 2 coffee sachets supplied - my friend & I both elderly & find it hard to negotiate stairs so going down to office for more not an easy option. Would be great if info about nearby food options supplied eg. It was only in daylight we realised there was a NW supermarket across the road. ”

“we had to book a stay last minute due to a flight delay - we were pleasantly suprised by this property - our room was newly rennovated and quite lovely. The property was clean and was close to a large mall for ammenities. ”

“Never saw any staff, only talked by phone which was weird as it was during business hours. Parking was easy. The room was ok but not super clean, although the beds were comfortable. But the price was right for being not too far from the airport.”
