“Direi che è stato in ottimo soggiorno con una location fantastica! Ci ritornerei, l' unica pecca credo sia stata di Hotel.com nel quale affermava che era compresa una buona colazione ma in realtà non era compresa...”

“The staff were lovely and the hotel is traditional Lanna style - beautiful!”

“It’s a very new Hotel. Any closer to the Mekong and you’re wet. Only (sic) issue; no Elevator, 4 Floors.”

“It's a newly built hotel, very clean and spacious. The only negative was bad WiFi in my (newer) building. Perhaps the other building has better WiFi. If you are coming by bus or van from Chiang Mai, ask to drop at the traffic light immediately after the National Museum (which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel).”

“Great staff and facilities. Decimated by COVID. We had the resort to ourselves but staff remained attentive and cheerful. Impressed. ”

“Ich war in Chiang Rai und wollte ein Hotel nähe Stadtmitte. Das Hotel wurde mir mit 400m zur Stadtmitte angezeigt. Ich buchte und verstand erst später dass mir ein Hotel in Chan Saen angedreht wurde, das kein Stadtteil von Chiang Rai ist sondern 40km entfernt liegt. Eine sofortige Stornierung habe ich nicht gefunden. Es war das letzte Mal, dass ich EXPEDIA benutzt habe. Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Reinlege”
