“Clean place with friendly staff members.”

“Why is the bed so high? Otherwise excellent stay - facilities and staff. ”

“Place is very run down and clearly was just recently reopened. Renovations are currently underway but until then, the place is not great.”

“The bathroom hat had a little spilled soap in the tub that I had to clean. Beneath the bed, there were large wood splinter pieces They required that I provide a physical credit card as opposed to a digital card in case of overages, which was inconvenient since I’m mostly digital. I checked in very late, but they could only accommodate me for 30 minutes over checkout time. Not the best value for the buck. I’ll tell more like a 2 1/2 to 2 star.”

“Well this is a grand improvement over the previous hotel that was there. This is modern, clean, bright, inviting and safe. There were no smells of someone's dinner cooking in the back room. The pool was closed for maintenance !! that's wonderful, keeping the hotel in shape. Will be staying there again when we visit family. Thank you job well done.”

“The room was very neglected. The bathroom had no towels for showers or even hand washing. The toilet had a screw driver bit wedged under the edge to prevent the toilet from wobbling ( which did not work). The bathroom door was broken, the bathroom counter top sink was broken away from the wall, the cabinet door was broken, the toilet tank was cracked. The room was very cold when I checked in, so I turned the heat on. I set the heat at 72°. The room quickly became too warm, so I turned the heat...

“The ice machine was out of order when we were there. Our heater broke but then they brought us a heater very fast. The spas needs a little TLC but other then that it's what you pay. It's a nice little cheap hotel it was our second time there. We will more and likey be back. ”

“In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on.”

“The room was picture worthy, the amenities were top shelf. The heated floors were awesome in a very cold spell. And Our concierge was just wonder full. See you soon”

“Posizione dell'hotel buona per raggiungere Buffalo o Niagara Falls (30 minuti in auto). Personale piacevole e molto disponibile: vengono organizzati spesso momenti di convito -facoltativi- per socializzare (merende o cene a buffet). Pulizia generale buona, da rivedere alcune lenzuola. Ambienti ottimi, peccano un poco per il rumore del frigorifero (presente nella nostra camera) e del condizionatore; la strada vicina non si sente.”

“Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!”
