“We stayed at this Residence Inn for 8 days. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and body wash multiple times. Housekeeping did not come to our room unless I requested it. For the amount of money it cost to stay here, I shouldn't have to seek out someone to empty my trash, provide toilet paper, and bring towels. I didn't care if they cleaned, just provide basic necessities. Staff was nice, no one was rude. Just clueless and uncaring. Breakfast was good, laundry facilities clean, and a...

“It was okay. Things seemed rundown. The wine lounge was just a counter. My husband bought me a glass of wine and it was put in a plastic cup. There were no wine glasses in the room. Free breakfast was oatmeal and pop tarts. Not the best. Parking was tight.”
