“Terrible smell. The mattress and pillows were super soft you would sink in the bed. The bedroom didn’t even have a small table to sit down have a coffee”

“Bed with broken springs No one at the counter had to wait 10 minutes to find someone Both vending machine were broken had to go across the street to find water After explaining to the front desk they just said it’s too bad Will never go there again”

“Toilet broke. Had to plunge toilet all night even though maintenance said it was fixed. Found bug on our bed in am.”

“The hotel staff were very nice and we loved the pool and arcade. The workout room smelled very strongly of mold, so it was impossible to workout. Breakfast offered a variety of foods, but the eggs were not edible, possible they were processed? Overall, the hotel needs updating and cleaning.”

“The rooms are small but clean. The shower needs to be replaced. The breakfast options were very limited. If the management can replace the shower heads in the bathroom and provide a better quality breakfast with more options, this could be a five star hotel.”
