Hotel a Hamlet

“Room was clean but never came to check on us afterwards. No trash taken out no clean towels. Hot tub didn’t work at all. Keys kept stop working ”

“Very nice hotel. We had some drinks at the bar. The bed was soft and room was clean. The staff was friendly.”

“This is the only hotel I stay in when visiting Dunkirk. The property is old, but kept clean and maintained well. The rooms are large and views of Lake Erie are a nice amenity. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms which is not on par with other hotels in the area. For me this is the major downside. I do like the staff who are always very kind and helpful.”

“Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. “This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

“Hotel molto semplice ed un po' vecchiotto, necessita di rinnovamento. Le TV in camera non funzionavano per "manutenzione" dell'impianto se ne volevi una te la noleggiavano a 20 $. La colazione a buffet abbastanza misera. E' allingresso della città per cui semplice da raggiungere, ma anche adiacente ad un enorme cimitero”
