“Stayed July 3–5, 2025 with my wife via VRBOWe had a fantastic stay at Bolstad West for the holiday weekend. The location truly can’t be beat—steps from the beach, right by the boardwalk, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Fireworks on the beach were next-level, and it was amazing to watch the chaos and color unfold right outside the property.The unit itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home....

“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean.
