He was quick to get us checked in but was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. The room felt clean for the most part, the linens were clean and bathroom was also. “Stayed here to walk to the Master P concert at the coliseum. The perfect place for a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean! Who’s coming to the coliseum next? I’ll be back! ”

“It was a place to sleep. Air-conditioner worked great. People begging outside, had to walk past people setting on stairs smoking every time we walked down the stairs. Requested a non smoking room, the room I received smelled heavily of cigarettes. The floors were VERY dirty and haven’t been mopped in God knows how long so bring house shoes. Every towel we got had some black stains on them and the beds hurt my back. Like I stated it’s a place to sleep for cheap but you pay for cheap either way.”

The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues — stains on the lampshade and bathtub, marks on the walls, mold/mildew behind the bed, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained overall.
