“Nice, clean and quiet”

“this was a perfect stay for me. I was fishing two days and needed two nights stay. super clean, nice room, great bed, friendly at the front desk, quiet, easy parking and several entrances so you can get right to your car. I had a great stay.”

“Everything was perfect,except having to go outside to smoke.Why not use Air purifiers for smokers? I do at home and they work really well.”

“I really wanted to like Kittery Inn and Suites, but the room felt less “cozy coastal stay” and more “forgotten storage unit with plumbing.” The room was dirty, including the toilet seat and floor. The “sofa” appeared to be outdoor furniture dressed up with cheap foam pads and tired old cushion covers, which was certainly a choice. “Our room smelled like piss/sperm and weed on the bedsheets, so my wife and I told the front desk and he gave us room 10 which was close to the front desk which had 2 queen beds and it was much cleaner and smelled a lot better than previous rooms. I think they take care of certain rooms a little better than other rooms.”

“Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer ”

“Posizione comoda per visitare i paesini della costa del Maine ma anche del Massachusetts. La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole: disponeva di una zona giorno con divano tavolino e tavolo da pranzo con poltrone piccola zona cucina, zona notte con letto ampio e comodo. Il personale molto disponibile e gentile. La pulizia della stanza, se si resta piú di una notte, va richiesta tramite un modulo che si trova in reception, altrimenti non passano. Colazione varia.”

“The room had an amazing porch with view of water. Leather bound book with directions for Air conditioner, Nespresso machine, TV, rules on the property and local places to eat. Easy walk to beach area, no access with high tide. Great seating area, great for long walks. Room small, perfect for 1 person, microwave and small fridge. In back the venue has a variety of seating, times for food, music . Small pool overlooking the venue. Awesome.”

“Not what we expected. Rooms were very small. It could barely move around. Some rooms definitely need updating especially bathroom rusty toilet, not acceptable. OK to stay for one night if they can’t find anything else in the area.”
