“This property was outstanding. A full kitchen and comfortable living area with a sectional couch. Comfortable bed, nice linen in a nice quiet and walkable town. 400 m from an excellent coffee house that also serves breakfast item. Nice to see the locals there. ”

“Everything was very nice, but the lighting needed to be a little bit brighter in the room. The parking was great. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was OK. Well stocked we enjoyed our stay the tub could’ve been a little bit better or bigger but other than that, everything was great. ”

“The property was nice and clean and is very convenient to I-81. Roanoke and downtown Salem are just a few short minutes away. The king-size bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, however she did not inform me of the $50 incidental deposit required upon check-in. I will consider staying again when I need a convenient, comfortable room in Salem.”

“No bath towels in bathroom - said they didn’t have a reservation for me - said the same 2 months prior. Booked thru Expedia. !!!!!!”

“Beautiful little sweet. Very very clean. Great location. Used to get to felt very safe. All the conveniences were needed. The only downside is that they really could upgrade the bed. It was uncomfortable and probably needs a new mattress, but not enough that we wouldn’t stay here for a night again if we come back for another concert”

“Overall, this hotel was just okay. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, and I really liked that the coffee and hot chocolate station was available 24/7. The free cookies were a nice touch, too. Amenities like the gym and pool were decent, and the in-room TV was larger than usual. On the downside, the hotel feels pretty outdated, and the carpet in the rooms really needs to go—it felt worn and not very clean. Noise was also an issue, especially from doors slamming.
