“Very eclectic! Modern and very clean! Continental breakfast was always good. It was kept full and was fresh.”

“I got a room with no tv, no fridge - I had bedbugs so bad we were eaten alive. It's nasty and gross and to top it off they put a new guy there that had been only working 3 days and he double charged my card and it took 4 days for me to get MY money back - disgusting”

“The lady at the front desk gets 5 stars! The hotel was apparently oversold and she had no rooms that had not already been paid for. But when she saw that my reservation was also prepaid, she found me a good room and said, "I will have to deal with this later." She did not need the added stress but was very kind and helpful through it all. My only issue which is no fault of anyone there but the water pressure was barely enough for a decent shower. And the hot water ran out after about 5...

“On the fifth floor hot water is an option. Not very clean an a bit run down”

“Is they made service cleaning does not clean the rooms properly I literally have to had to fight cockroaches to get my clothing off the counter. Hang your clothes up if you go here so the roaches don’t get to it. The least you can do is fumigation of your property and maintenance on your property. And clean the rooms and maybe have some bedsheets that aren’t stained and dirty.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and well kept and breakfast was very good. Next time we are passing through the Richmond area, we will definitely stay at this hotel again! ”

“Not clean even a bag of trash was left in the room. Old equipment and rusty things. Not clean carpet floor. Bathtub old with stains. No elevator. Lack of enough bread for breakfast and hot water. People were drinking with bottles I sitting on stairs.”

“Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures”
