“I found the room pleasant, but could have been hair-free, tv not working, wifi very poor, 2 members of staff in restaurant not very friendly, timing of food very rushed once ordered, starters came, half way through, mains came, soon after tired fruit salad came along, madev was excellent, helpful and friendly. ”

“Very pathetic and worst experience. Management of hotel not responsible for anything. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews. I reached hotel at around 3 o clock in night and my rooms were not ready even I had informed beforehand that I will be coming by that time. They provided me already used and dirty blanket, bed sheets and pillow covers. It was clearly visible that they hadn't cleaned rooms after last...

“The property is quite close to the city and hence makes it very easy for dinning, shopping and viewing various spots. On the downside I felt the sheets are not clean with lots of stains. Though the breakfast is good, they make you feel like you are eating a lot and we haven't paid for it and question to make us feel guilty, was a bit embarrassing. Parking is not easy, they will keep calling at way too unusual hours like 11pm to move the car as they don't have enough space.”
