“I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily...

“Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats.”

“DONT COME HERE. Plain and simple. Came here as a solo traveler for work. Felt unsafe at all times. Loitering around the entrance and halls, loud noises from people screaming on the phone or at eachother. Bed was outdated and prob 20+ years old. I left mid way during my stay bc it was that bad. ”

“Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. One of the best parts was that I was able to bring my pet with me, which made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The cleaning staff did an amazing job during my stay. On the second day, they changed the sheets and towels and kept everything very clean and organized. Their attention to detail was truly appreciated. The only downside was the breakfast. “Ok, didn't see a pool.”

“Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating.”
