“It was ok”

“The staff was wildly accommodating and kind. We arrived after 1pm and young lady behind the desk welcomed us with a smile, warm cookies and a bag of waters (to beat the heat). Since we were arriving so late, it was challenging to book the room for the correct check in time. She helped us and even allowed for a super late check out. Couldn’t be more pleased.”

“The $150 hold on your card was absurd. The staff was great but I’ve stayed at much higher end hotels that didn’t hold that much.”

“For one, there was stains all around the comforter. Secondly we couldn’t even use the tv because the volume was stuck on full blast even went we turned it down to 0. Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. Lastly we had the cleaning lady trying to enter our room 20 minutes before our check out time. Terrible and uncomfortable stay. I...

“It advertise breakfast included, NONE was there. Front desk area was not well lighted, put request for non-smoking, was giver smoking room, person was not helpful. Next morning no one there to listen, just drop off key box.”
