“TV didn't work in the room, kept shutting down / turning off. Notified front desk after 1st night, said it was fixed. Didn't get back till late the 2nd night so didn't use. 3rd night, still was shutting down. Someone came up to look at it ... kept shutting down for them, like they didn't believe me. They suggested I move rooms ...it was almost 10pm by this time ... no I'm not packing up to move at 10pm since I'm checking out the next day. Notified the front desk the next morning, their response...

“I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Great breakfast. I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. The second is that the pool and hot tub were quite cool, and I only used them...

“Room was fine, once the ripped sheets were changed. Otherwise very clean. Overall, a good, quality hotel and would have rated it higher if it was a more reasonable price. It was nice, but not $300 per night nice. I did appreciate the security in the parking lot at night though.”

“Our room was supposed to have AC and it wasn’t working and the staff said that since it was hooked up to a central unit, they wouldn’t be able to turn it down. They offered us fans that were not helping and our room got over 25 degrees in temperature. After we had unpacked all of our stuff the staff said we could move to a lower floor to “see” if it will be cooler but I wasn’t wasting my time.
