The pool had no seating it was all taken by a party they were not out there for hours but left all belongings where you could not use any chairs. “My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. “We booked here (2 nights) and was told we would be able to use the rooftop bar to watch the 4th of July fireworks. We even called before booking to ensure the bar would be open and accessible and were told yes. 4th rolls around and we start seeing signage stating the rooftop bar was booked by a private party and no guests were welcome up there.
