“Very satisfied with stay, convenient to downtown Fredericksburg, clean room, breakfast adequate. I would suggest tissue box in room and towels pretty thin, I would stay again.”

“The shower was not clean looking maybe, because it’s old but there was hair in the drain. The toilet was SO short. There was men’s facial hair all around the sink. The sheets on the bed were clean & crisp. Room 112 was a bit musty. Smoking isn’t allowed in the rooms but, is allowed on the property. The owners were very nice & friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Coffee was ok. Plenty of parking on the property & close to our room. Convenient location. Could definitely use an upgrade.”

“Location was great, while it was clean it does need some updates. There was no staff around at check in or check out or when we had questions. While they responded by phone you could hear them in the next room.”

“Perfect "glamping" getaway! Everything you need while enjoying nature. Unit 11, Favored, was fully equipped, super clean and enjoyable. Asked for clean pool towels and we got them quickly. Hot tub was amazing and relaxing with privacy. Looking forward to coming back for our next anniversary! ❤️❤️”
