“The staff was helpful. The hotel room could use maintenance. The toilet leaked, an outlet was coming away from the wall and the breakfast was okay.”

“I visit Beckley, West Virginia and had a couple family members came to visit me. They wanted to charge them $10 each for swimming. And made us get out the pool.”

“We stayed in the pet rooms - clean but carpet had visible stains from past pet stays, which is not unexpected but unsightly just the same. Breakfast had plenty of options. This is our go hotel to bc we have pets. Have stayed overnight at this location multiple times with no issues. Staff are super friendly. Would recommend for those traveling with pets.”

“There were maintenance issues with the room, electrical outlet not working, bed frame had metal sticking out i I kept catching my leg on. Hair in bathroom on floor. The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though.”

“Ok place to stop overnight on a road trip. Smelled of slightly stale cigarette smoke. Rooms were dated. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very minimal and lacking. Ok for the price.”

“Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.”

“Marriott is our go to hotel when we travel. Always good quality for the price.”

“Do not judge this hotel by the outside. This is one of the best places I have stayed. Very clean, nice spacious room and the pool was open. Would absolutely stay here again.”
