“Serene property , everything is beautifully maintained!”

“Beds were full of stains, bed bugs, grass pressed in between the sheet and blankets. We never took our bags off the cart, got our money back immediately. The front desk person never even apologized or anything, they just said "we'll give you your money back" that was it, no sorry for your inconvenience, no nothing. There was a strange odor in the building, don't know what it was. Terrible experience, and we got out of there as quickly as we could. ”

“I stay st this location often. Never have any problems. I would definitely recommend this location to others.”

“The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean. I did have an issue with the hot water the first morning (and a couple other small items). The maintenance person who fixed it was professional and kind. The water was warmer the next morning, however not hot enough. I did not ask, however, the staff offered to refund one night, which I appreciated. The one big negative I will comment on, is the fact the staff wasn't at the front desk anytime I entered or left.
