Hotel vicino a Harrisburg's Mini Statue of Liberty - Dauphin

“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“Booked with them 2 nights, 2nd night they say they're overbooked somehow and I will have to find somewhere else to stay. They never offered to fix their mix up. My family was displaced due to storm which knocked our electric and water out. I'm highly displeased and disappointed with the serice and treatment I received.”

“Even after repeated requests, staff refused to address internet connection to the provider. My laptop worked everywhere else in Harrisburg except at this Best Western. Ys, there was a 9-hour power outage because of a storm (no backup generator) but even after power resumed staff ignored requests to address lack of internet access.”

“My family and I had a nice stay at this Hampton Inn over the 4th of July weekend. The property and rooms are very clean. The breakfast offerings were great- I really appreciated the healthy options of chobani yogurt, apples, bananas and oranges. The employees were all very professional, kind and helpful. The gym was surprisingly well appointed with a TRX rig, Peloton bike, rower and lots of space to work out. I was able to do yoga and pilates workouts because I brought my own mat. The room we...

“Very nice room for the price”

“This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space.”

“Lobby was very scary. People yelling about their room cleanliness, no sheets on beds, etc. There was a charge of 100.00 cash as a deposit. There was also a charge to park in their lot. None was ever noted in the hotel description.”

“I stayed there a week. My only complaint is a massive one. The cleaning staff did not enter my room once to change out my garbage can bins, or change out my towels. I shouldn't have to contact the front desk for new towels or change out my trash bins. Mind boggling. It is obvious they are cutting corners in paying thr cleaning staff or they need to learn, this isn't India. It is the United States of America.”

“The pool was terrible, the water was green and was it apparent that the water has not been cleaned in awhile. This was a huge let down because I was traveling with children. Other than that the staff were friendly, the food was good and the rooms were clean.”

“I liked everything about the hotel with the exception of the Direct tv, it kept going in and out and I wasn’t able to watch the New York fireworks, try a streaming service cause I never have a problem during thunder and lightning storms with mine.”

“Air conditioning was terrible. I had to switch room so I could have a bed that was close to the air conditioner. the hallways were at least 85 degrees.”

“Location was near to the Millerstown Park for Riverwalk and nearby Duncannon with great ice cream shop. we enjoyed the Millersburg ferry crossing the Susquehanna River near Liverpool. Please visit Little buffalo State Park for nice walking trails and the lake with boating. very small hotel room had wonderful recessed ceiling lights, brilliant light for reading!”
