“Beautiful hotel just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment. Everything was fine even though the service is still doubtful and inattentive. On Sunday Morning, a strong noise from the renovation disturbed my sleep and the hotel did not even apologize. Also watch out for the à la carte breakfast that is one of the most expensive I had in the World. 60 Pounds for an omlette and orange juice! This is ridiculous and inacceptable. I will never have brekafast again at this hotel.”

“E' un albergo a 5 stelle la cui caratteristica è quella di essere una "casa" trasformata in albergo. Camere e luoghi in comune altamente personalizzati e fatti con molto gusto. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. E' a 3 minuti a piedi da Harrods, 7 minuti dal Victoria and Albert museum, Museo di storia naturale e della scienza.”

“Dopo un primo problemino con le dimensioni di una camera il personale e la direzione sono stati assolutamente professionali e cortesi ed hanno risolto tutto...l'albergo e' in una posizione fantastica ho trovato molto piacevole e ben organizzato il servizio di bike (gratuite e di qualita) per i clienti... in definitiva giudizio positivo e tre notti piacevoli...”
