Hotel a Hartford

“We had a family emergency so we had to leave the first night, therefore did not partake in the breakfast. The day manager that my husband spoke to was so kind and accommodating since we had to cancel our 2 remaining days. The kitchen lacked supplies, the evening mgr said guests steal the flatware, dishes etc. she was able to get flatware & dishes from another room. Bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers were empty, which she filled for us.”

“The room was clean and the pool was warm on a wintery day. They were painting the dining area so there was no hot food. It was a good stay. ”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly, waterpark was great! It’s closed during the week, but they will open it for guests. The large slides don’t run during the week, but my boys had a blast having the waterpark to themselves for 2 days! Breakfast was good and the lobby has an excellent seating area! Great location off 94 and near some good restaurants. Our bathtub wasn’t clean but we just dealt with it since it was a short stay. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. ”

“Great Property, but Service Needs a Personal Touch I had mixed feelings about my recent stay. On the positive side, the rooms were spotless and the property itself is in excellent condition. However, the service didn’t quite live up to the surroundings. I believe great hospitality is all about the little things, and a few details were missed during my visit: A Slow Welcome: After a long flight delay, I arrived around 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, the reception desk was empty. I waited about 10 minutes...

“Not sure this hotel deserves a rating of good. It’s older. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the general public areas were not clean. ”

“The entire place met our needs fully. The counter staff as well as the one maintaining the rooms were cordial and friendly. One thing of concern is the condition of the ground level Exit door at the south end of the building. Even though the security lock does work, the door doesn't rest quite securely on the frame and with extra force, someone with bad intent may give himself easy access to the buidling.”
