“Everything it was excellent!”

“Honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were really disappointing. The pool was filthy and the “fitness center” was basically just 2 old machines that barely worked. The room also was not clean at all. There were hairs in the bathtub, dirt by the entrance to the room, marks all over the sheets, and dust everywhere. “Great staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably one of the better hotel breakfast I've had. Wish we could have used the pool but we were only there for a short evening stay. Only issue was that the beds were very hard. I know this is personal preference, but it made it difficult to sleep. On the opposite side, could use some firmer pillows.”

“Room was dirty, Place was torn apart, Noisy, and we had rashes all over the body as soon as we slept on the bed and has vacated in less than a n hour after checking in.”

“Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue was an outdoor party going on until 1:30 a.m. right below our window preventing us from sleeping. They were right outside the lobby but it appeared that the staff didn't care if it was disruptive for the other guests.”

“This is a great resort in South Haven. Staff is really friendly and the rooms are nice. It’s about 2.5 miles to walk to the central part of South Haven for lots of restaurants and bars. I will be back!”

“Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk to arrive from Waterpark for check in. Wall was leaking , blinds wouldn't go up or down with auto switch that was exposed on wall. AC did not work. I give a 1 star because after about 30 minutes at 430AM did the front desk switch us rooms so we could finally get some sleep. Since all booking is 3rd party, there was absolutely nothing to do about our room outside of switching us for 4 hours. The breakfast looked horrible as well so we didn't even eat that...

“Everything worked except the lighters”

“The staff was great, the only thing that could be better is the pool area. The pool room is tiny, not much seating and no hot tub. The pool temp was perfect. Even with that being said, we will be coming back for sure!”
