Hotel a Hartselle

“We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter. “I did not stay there. It seems I booked a room for the day before I wanted it. So therefor I had already paid for a nights stay which was not refundable. I went to a different motel. Needless to say I was not happy.”

“The bathroom floor in front of the toilet was NASTY! The group was stained and there was something stuck to the floor. Breakfast was a joke. The waffle mix was separated and the milk in the fridge looked spoiled. Someone in the second floor was smoking pot in their room and you could smell it as you walked by.”

“We came late & just needed to rest before finishing our drive. The front desk staff was very nice, the room was clean & comfortable. The only complaints I had was the breakfast was beyond minimal, there was barely any selection. And the towels in the room were so stained and gross we didn’t towel. My 8 year old even held it up when she was about to wash her face and was like ‘why is this so dirty?’ Definitely time to upgrade towels.”
