“We stayed for few days, it was a nice experience, very helpful staff. Breakfast was great, so was our room. The coffee bar was a nice touch as well. I think partnerships with activities surrounding your hotel might be a good idea (Groupon?) moving forward, to improve the guest experience while they stay here. Overall 5/5.”

“Good location, close to the highway and a few restaurants. Helpful, friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. The only drawback was the oven didn’t work everyday so a cold breakfast was served. But when the oven worked, the warm breakfast was good.”

“We had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. As a group of 10, they accommodated us by allowing a late check-out at 12pm and stored our luggage with no issue. When we noticed the AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms, the front desk came promptly to check it. Although it couldn’t be fixed right away, they offered fans which worked fine for us since we were out for the day and checking out the next day. “Nice location, very amiable staff. No headboard on the bed, a personal peeve. The mattress comforts fair to tolerable. Expect not much adornment, but really don’t appreciate ceiling lighting only. Extremely institutional feel. Reading lamps even as a rental option, much better. Limited power points. Maybe I am not a dorm or hostel compliant traveller anymore….but it’s a modern world.”

“The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Big selection. Must try the fruit waffles. Stayed with my 2 Granddaughters ages 3 and 6.. They enjoyed the pool and pool slide. Close to QEH and easy access to HWY. Added bonus were resteraunts and shopping across the road.”
