“The hotel from walking in at check-in until check-out was excellent, including the staff, the room, cleanliness, room temperature and air conditioning, etc. We didn't eat the free breakfast only because we decided to sleep in. The only thing I would recommend is possibly upgrading the windows to block out some of the noise from the highway because it did get bothersome several times while trying to sleep. “We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. ”
