“Check in was easy and accommodations were made for my husband's need for a 1st floor room. Great to be able to park right in front of our room. Things were neat as a pin with new electronics and finishes. The bed was very comfortable.”

Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. “There was at least one dog there but we only heard it once. The room was nice, bed comfortable, shower wonderful. We felt safe and secure there. Breakfast left something to be desired. Three kinds of cereal, only whole milk, no bread for toast, apples and no other fruit, pancake machine which didn’t work. ”

“The breakfast they offer was really kinda sad. The room was put together with the bare minimum. They must have a shortage of towels or something also because the room had very few towels in there. Over all though it was clean and quite and staff was very helpful.”

“Didn't make it till 10pm room was dirty had to clean bath tub my self found stuff underneath the bed and desk and the main reason I booked here was the pool but it was not working when we got there and they didn't even tell me even though I requested a room right on the pool would stay there again but most likely will try to find somewhere better next time”

“The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

“We got in late and the A/C in our room didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal but we did have to switch rooms fairly late. Location is kind of in a questionable area, too. I would say. Especially for the price. The girl with the purple hair working the front when we arrived was ten stars tho! Absolutely fantastic service. ”
