“very nice facility”

“Arrivati tardi, oltre l' orario previsto (le 17 è troppo presto) a causa di ritardo voli, siamo stati comunque aiutati nelle procedure di check in dalla proprietà, che vive nello stesso complesso. A richiesta, abbiamo avuto gratuitamente, dopo il secondo giorno, asciugamani puliti, che pensavamo però essere sostituiti giornalmente, come in altri alloggi delle isole Hawaii. ”

“Nice location for a one night stay. Popcorn ceilings.... Haven't seen one in ages and made the room feel especially dated. We arrived in the evening the pool scene was happening. Live music, dancing, drinking. I personally didn't feel comfortable taking my young child to sit in the pool area in the evening, Maybe the hotel was for a different crowd. Overall felt expensive for what we got. Not sure the value was there.”

“Horrible experience. Room looks nothing like the pictures and was listed as ocean view. My view was of a parking garage. The room was so horrible that we booked a hotel that night to stay in. Contacted the property owner and Expedia for a refund and the property owner would not refund me. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“This was a nice resort. Probably a little more costly than it should be. Beautiful ocean view. No direct beach access which was kind of a bummer. Game room, Movie Room, Gym, Spa were all nice to haves. Bars by the pools, but not swim up. No real main bar other than in the restaurant…”

“Overall a really nice stay at the Wailea. Our room got upgraded to a fantastic ocean view room in the Chapel wing. The pools were fantastic and so much fun with all the water slides. We would always arrive mid to late morning.  The breakfast buffet was not as good as I had hoped. All the baked items (pancakes, waffles, pastries, etc.) were super underwhelming and didn't feel fresh.  One thing really bothered me that I'm having trouble letting go of it.
