“I stayed here for a conference being held at another hotel, and choosing this location was absolutely the right move. It was only about 8 minutes away and saved me over $100 compared to the conference hotel — and honestly, I think I got the better experience. The vibe of the place is fun and modern. “Elevator was broken and they couldn’t figure out to let people use the service elevator as well. Nothing but lines to wait for the one working elevator.”

“They messed up our payment. Keep trying to charge our card when it was paid through Expedia .Some of the front desk person was rude and unprofessional the manager wasn’t any better. I’ve worked in hotels for a lot of years and never would I treat guest like that and mess someone’s payment up.”

“Room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. They make you take out your own garbage at the end of your stay. There was no water or ice machine in the whole building. This is more of an apartment than a hotel. ”

“We stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek for a volleyball tournament for the weekend. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was a great room. The morning breakfast was perfect to get something and head out. They have 2 amazing patios to hang out at as well as the location was right across the street from the Mall and many other places. We will stay here again next year. It was a hit with the families.”
