“Horrible customer service, tried charging my card 12 times 2 days before my stay, it denied because it was locked to prevent fraud, but they never called to say there was an issue. I called and unlocked the card, charged the room and relocked it. When we got there they charged us $20 to check in 2 hours early, to a room that way already clean and empty. “I checked out around 10:30 give or take. At approximately noon I figured out I had left my wallet in the hotel room. I immediately called the front desk and explained to the gentleman who answered my problem. He asked me to hold and he would ask housekeeping.
