The entire property feels neglected, with worn-out facilities and a general lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Housekeeping is only provided every four days, and even then, they simply empty the trash and replace the towels. My family thoroughly enjoyed the locations indoor pool and 4 hour long daily breakfast hours. 24hr restaraunt in the next parking lot over including a full service gas station. The staff was super friendly. The location is minutes from Midway Airport. The location is great for anyone driving and has easily accessible free self parking.”
